Sashimi is simply thinly sliced raw fish.

No rice, no sauce, no fuss, no muss.

We usually get sushi-grade fish from H-Mart, a local asian grocery store. Sometimes we're lucky enough to find it pre-sliced in the store. Other times, Kyle usues a super sharp knife to thinly slice our chunk of fish into sashimi slices.
